Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a trading company & manfactory exproting many women & kids footwear for 12 years.
Q2: Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have professional design & technic team with rich experience in development, we have done many orders for our customers with their specific requirements.
Q3: Do you offer free samples?
We'll provide one piece sample for free, while, you're required to pay the freight.
For the products we have stock, will send out the sample within 2 days.
For the products out of stock or with your own design, we're able to send out the sample within 15 days.
Q4: How about your company's quality control?
We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end, such as checking the materail, supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods, instructing the packing, ect.
We also accept a third-party company designated by you to fully check your orders.
Q5: What is your MOQ of the shoes?
The normal MOQ is 150 pairs per style/color for existing mould.
While, if your order can not reach our MOQ, it will be fine if you can accept surchaarge, the MOQ is not fixed, don't worry about it, we can further discuss it.
Q6: What about the lead time for bulk production?
Honestly, it will depend on the style and order quantity, while, normally, the lead time of MOQ orders will be 25~35 days after the payment.
Q7: How can I believe that after payment you can send the goods to me?
You really do no have to worry about it. We are a trustable and relaible supplier.
